SHIPPING POLICY

When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing the order. Delivery will occur between 10 and 20 business days following the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and destination. We apologize for any delays, which may occur due to customs inspections or carrier hold-ups.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to monitor your order at www.17track.net.

What are the shipping fees?
We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.99 to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship globally. If your country is not supported by our logistics network, we will notify you immediately and adjust your order accordingly. For more information on available destinations, please contact service@perfectoyw.com.

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are allowed only until 11:00 PM (Pacific Time, GMT –7) on the same day the order is placed. To request a change, email us at service@perfectoyw.com.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, that option is available.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
