How can I place an order?

To place an order:
Add the desired items to your cart.
You can complete your purchase through our website’s checkout or via PayPal.

If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the green “Checkout” button located on the right side of the screen.
If you prefer to pay via PayPal, click on the PayPal button.

You will be directed to the customer information page, where you will be asked to provide:

  • Email address

  • Name

  • Address

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right-hand side of the screen. Make sure to click the “Apply” button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.

Click the “Continue to shipping method” button. Ensure your shipping address is correctly entered (if it differs from the billing address). Once completed, click “Continue to payment method”.

Enter your payment details. You’ll have the option to indicate whether your shipping and billing addresses are the same.

Once the form is complete, click the “Complete Order” button. You will be directed to an order summary page with a visible confirmation, and you will also receive an email confirmation.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect in my shipment?

For missing or incorrect items, please contact us via email at service@perfectoyw.com. Provide your transaction reference number (Order Number) and attach proof (image file size must be under 1MB).
We’ll be happy to send you the correct item at no additional cost, and you won’t be asked to return the incorrect item—you can keep it as a gift.


How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details.


I would like to modify the items I ordered. What should I do?

Order modifications are allowed until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your cart:
Go to the product page you’re interested in and select your preferences.
Click the “Add to Cart” button. You’ll be directed to the “Cart” page.
Enter the desired quantity in the “Quantity” field next to the product image. Once done, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.


How do I view what's in my cart?

Click on the cart icon at the top of the website. Once clicked, you can easily update the quantity of any item or remove it by clicking the “Remove” link below the quantity list.


How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click the “Cart” icon in the upper right corner of your screen. This allows you to view all items in the cart.
To remove an item, click the “Remove” link under the quantity. The item will be removed automatically and the page will refresh.


How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Click the cart icon in the upper right corner to view all items and quantities.
To change a quantity, click in the “Quantity” field next to the item and enter the new number. The cart will automatically update with the new quantity and total price.

What payment options are available?

We accept the four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.


How do I pay with PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once your items are in the cart and you're ready to checkout, click the “PayPal” button.
You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s website. Enter your details for a fast and secure payment.


How do I use a discount code?

To apply a promotional code, follow these steps:
Choose the product you want and click the green “Checkout” button.
You’ll be directed to the “Customer Information” page.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a “Discount” field.
Enter the code and click “Apply”. Make sure it is successfully applied by reviewing the order summary.

What is your cancellation policy?

Order cancellations are allowed until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible.
